ICONA VAPE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). ICONA VAPE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use or purchase from ICONA VAPE.
  • We strictly prohibit sales to minors. Purchasing on behalf of a minor is also prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to request government-issued identification (NIC, passport, or driver’s license) to verify age. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails.

2. Accounts & Information

  • To use our Services, you may be asked to provide personal details including name, email, billing/shipping address, and payment information.
  • You warrant that all information is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Products & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for adult smokers only. They are not smoking cessation products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
  • Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with heart or lung conditions.
  • Device safety: Only use manufacturer-approved chargers and accessories. We are not responsible for injury, damage, or accidents caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.
  • Colors, product appearance, and packaging may vary slightly due to device screens and supplier changes.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. ICONA VAPE reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation (Bank Transfer or approved third-party payment gateway).
  • Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Orders suspected to be fraudulent or underage may be cancelled without notice.
  • All purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice.
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping fees, handling and applicable taxes.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing details. Charges incurred must be honored by your payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Couriers: PostEx, TCS, and inDrive (local deliveries).
  • Estimated delivery timelines (non-guaranteed):
    • Karachi: 1–2 business days
    • Same Province: 2–3 business days
    • Outside Province: 3–5 business days
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the courier.
  • We are not liable for courier delays, failed deliveries or events beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information and re-delivery costs if addresses are incorrect.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Consumables (e-liquids, coils, pods): All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
  • Devices & accessories: Returns are only accepted if a wrong item was delivered, unused and unopened, reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Video/photo proof at the time of unboxing is required for claims.
  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

  • If you are under 18 or purchasing on behalf of a minor.
  • To tamper with, modify or misuse devices in unsafe ways.
  • For fraudulent, unlawful or harmful activities.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and media on our Services are the property of ICONA VAPE, Shopify or licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited. Misuse or unauthorized will result in Legal Action.

  • ICONA VAPE is not liable for misuse of products, health effects, courier delays, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

13. Health Disclaimer

  • Vaping products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive.
  • Not suitable for minors, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with health risks.
  • Use at your own risk. Consult a physician if uncertain.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
